The project involves the preparation of an interior layout and concept design for a space with an approximate total construction area of 110 m², including an entrance, reception, waiting area, vitamin bar kitchenette, a customer service counter for 3–4 people, and a WC, in accordance with the functional requirements of the project and the client’s demands.

This scope also includes the preparation of the full set of construction drawings, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and technical specifications.
